Converta (hereinafter: "the Application") is a web application designed for business clients to manage and analyze lead data received from digital campaigns and websites. The application collects, processes, and displays information fed to it by users (business clients) to improve sales management, marketing optimization, and user behavior analysis.

The user of the application undertakes to use the system only for legal and permitted purposes, subject to this privacy policy and the application's terms of use.

• Identifying Information: Email addresses, names, phone numbers, and other details entered by the business client while working in the application.
• Lead Data: Contact details received from various marketing sources (such as Google Ads, TikTok, Facebook, and websites).
• Technical Information: IP addresses, browser identifiers, browsing behavior data, device, geographic location, and marketing campaign parameters (UTM Parameters).
• Integrated Information: Data received through connections (API) to external services such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
• System-Generated Information: Tagging, classification, behavior analysis, and analytics performed by the application based on transmitted data.

Uses of Information:

• Providing the services offered by the application, including analytics, analysis, and tracking of advertising campaigns and leads.
• Improving the product, developing new features, optimizing user experience.
• Identifying trends, behaviors, technical issues, and usage patterns to improve the client's business operations.
• Communication with business clients, including updates, technical support, improvements, and changes to the application.
